**Why Is Skincare Important?**
4 Ekim 2022In the initial stages when our mood starts to drag us into a spiral, the harmful factor is not the mood itself, but how we react to that mood.
The routines we perform to escape from this state often do not pull us out of the pain we wish to avoid; instead, they keep us locked inside it. In other words, once you begin to be pulled into the spiral, you realize that your usual efforts are ineffective. Trying to overcome depression by attempting to “fix” the things “wrong” within ourselves only drags us deeper into the quagmire. For example, on sleepless nights, our obsession with questioning the course of life traps us in a cycle of negative thoughts about a destructive past and an even darker future. We know very well how easy it is to fall into the trap of such a mental state and how helpless it can make a person feel.
The greatest difference for our well-being often comes from small bursts of joy from a specific beauty product or routine. You can also take some time for yourself and create a simple but effective feel-good ritual:
- Make drinking water a habit
- Sleep regularly
- Exercise
- Take good care of your skin
